• Banana Bread: 1 Mashed Banana
• Banana Nut Loaf: 1 Mashed Banana, 3/4 cup Pecans
• Pineapple Banana Bread: 1 Mashed Banana, 1/2 cup drained & patted dry pineapple
• Carrot Raisin Loaf: 1 cup shredded carrot, 1/4 cup raisins
